Cow Appreciation Day = Dress up as a cow and get a free meal at Chick-Fil-A.

AMAZING!!!!

Took me a whopping five minutes to whip up these costumes and we got free dinner for it.

They even gave Soren a free kids meal for us...I mean him...to eat.

We All Scream

We went and met Richard for lunch, after lunch we went to McDonald's and got sundaes.  Soren got to try a little bit of ice cream for the first time.  Needless to say, he loved it.

9 Months

-Has finally moved into 6-9 month clothes

-Still not sleeping great at night, he was only waking up once for a while, but now he is at 2 or 3 times.  

-Two naps:  45-60 minutes and 1 1/2-2 hours

-Pulls self into standing position

-Cruises along the furniture

-Loves it when we help him walk

-Starting to eat finger foods:  bagel, cantaloupe, blueberries, strawberries have been enjoyed.  Pancakes and watermelon not so much

-Quick to smile and laugh

-Still no stranger anxiety :) :)

-Loves to flirt and get everybody's attention

-Loves his daddy and always crawls to him when he gets home from work

- Says "mamamamamama", now we are just working on getting him to associate that with me :)

-Reaches up when he wants to be picked up

-Loves to dump all of his toys out of his toy bin

-Still has just two teeth, but we are pretty sure he is working on some more

Just Because He is Cute...

Fourth of July

Soren got to stay up past his bedtime the night before the 4th so that we could go watch some fireworks, I think he was quite pleased with it all.

We celebrated our 4th with a pancake breakfast in the morning and a BBQ in the afternoon.

Couldn't have been better.
